My PC down loaded the PlayOnline Viewer and the Tetra Master on it’s own. Spet #3 is to install Final FantasyXI and the expantion packs, but I do not see where they are. When I hit the PlayOn ling window on my desktop I get a 20008003 error. Is this a bad disc or did I install it wrong?

For some odd reason when I hit “Play” it does everything it normally would but when it fades to black to load the game, it just restarts the PlayOnline Viewer. No error codes or anything of the sort. It just restarts it.
