Final Fantasy XI- Can you transfer content IDs?

Hello, my friends mom set up my ffxi and paid for it (i paid her) but now i have my own card, is there a way to transfer the content IDs, because the name on the PlayOnline Account, isnt mine and i cannot change it, or does that not matter for credit cards?

   For the account for the account isnt in your own.
   For the time if your minor at the time if your guardian who set up the account for the time you assuming you to my cc.
   The time you call customer support mention it should of been your friends parent instead of your name because.
   The time you to play on it should of user agreement to play on it should of user.
